Terms of service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and [Dealglint legal entity name] ("Dealglint").
1. The service
Dealglint helps businesses discover and qualify public business opportunities. Information is collected from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Always verify details at the original source before acting. Scores and AI-generated summaries are decision support, not advice.
2. No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee leads, meetings, contracts or revenue.
3. Acceptable use
- Comply with applicable laws, including direct-marketing, anti-spam and data-protection laws (e.g. GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, UK PECR, CAN-SPAM).
- Honor opt-outs and use the suppression list.
- Don't use Dealglint to send bulk unsolicited messages, scrape or resell data, or bypass access controls.
- Submit only URLs and data you have the right to use.
- Follow the rules of public procurement processes, including communication restrictions.
4. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite. Owners and admins manage members and billing.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, whose terms also apply to your purchase. Plan limits are described on the pricing page. Usage beyond limits may be blocked until the next period or an upgrade.
6. Your content
You own the content you add (profiles, notes, drafts, submissions). You grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.
7. Third-party data and AI
Opportunity data remains subject to its source licences (for example the EU TED reuse policy and the UK Open Government Licence). AI-generated content may contain errors — review it before use.
8. Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
[Governing law and venue to be confirmed.]
